The government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis under FAR 6.302-1 for NSN 7R-2915-012016004-EK, TDP version 010, quantity 10 each, with delivery FOB origin and early/incremental deliveries accepted. Contract terms and conditions are in accordance with an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements for consideration, although this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responses will be used solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement, and the government retains discretion not to compete. The acquisition will not use FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures, but interested persons may identify a commercial item capable of satisfying the requirement.
