NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole-source basis with Sikorsky for three spare units of the specified part. Award is expected under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement. Unapproved firms must submit a Source Approval Request, but the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. The acquisition will use FAR Part 15 procedures, is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and will not use FAR Part 12 commercial-item policies.
