NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis with Sikorsky for three spare units of NSN 1R-0000-LLF02O281-BL, reference PN 71204-22005-042, FOB origin. Award is expected under the existing Basic Ordering Agreement N00383-22-G-Y601. Any firm not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, but the procurement will not be delayed pending SAR approval. The acquisition will use FAR Part 15 procedures, is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and will not use FAR Part 12 commercial-item policies.
