NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole-source basis with Sikorsky Aircraft Corp for two spare Panel Assemblies, P/N 71500-22120-057, with delivery FOB origin. No drawings or data are available, and the Government does not own the data or rights needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Non-approved manufacturers must submit a Source Approval Request, but the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. The procurement will use FAR Part 15 procedures, is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and although this notice is not a request for competitive proposals, information received will be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
