NAVSUP WSS requires repair services, and the SBA has determined that a set-aside is not applicable for this requirement. Contractors are requested to quote either firm-fixed pricing or TT&E pricing, along with estimated repair costs. The resulting contract, delivery order, purchase order, or modification will be issued when sent by mail, fax, or electronic commerce, including email. The Government’s acceptance of the contractor’s proposal will constitute a bilateral agreement to issue that contract action.
