NAVSUP WSS intends to solicit a sole-source requirement for one Shaft Assembly, DRIV, NSN 7R 1615 012725107, part number 70361-25002-044. The Government lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with any source other than the current one. The acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements and the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement. Government Source Approval is required prior to award, and approval of a new source normally cannot be accommodated without delaying award; non-approved sources must provide the required NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure information with their offer or their offer will not be considered.
