NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to award a sole-source, FMS advanced-order requirement under an existing BOA for repair of five hydraulic accumulators (NSN 7R 1650 011589683, P/N 70103-28041-042, FMS Case AT-P-GXO). The Government lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with any source other than the current one. The items require Government Source Approval prior to award, and non-approved sources must submit the information detailed in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure with their offers or risk being excluded.
