NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole-source basis with Lockheed Martin Corp for two mission computers (NSN 7R 7021 017054064, Part No. 344A090-552). The award will be made under an already established BOA because the Government lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with another source. The items are subject to Free Trade Agreements and the WTO Government Procurement Agreement, and Government Source Approval is required prior to award. Because new-source approval normally cannot be completed without delaying award, non-approved sources must submit the information detailed in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure with their proposal, or their offers will not be considered.
