NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to award a sole-source repair requirement under an established BOA for one Critical Safety Item drive shaft coupling (NSN 7R 1615 014456377, P/N 70361-25012-044, qty 1). The Government lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with any source other than the current one. The item is subject to Free Trade Agreements and WTO Government Procurement Agreement requirements, and Government source approval is required prior to award.
