This is a sole-source requirement to repair one critical safety item coupling/drive shaft (NSN 7R 1615 014456377, P/N 70361-25012-044) for NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia, which intends to award under an established BOA because the Government lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with another source. The item is subject to Free Trade Agreements and the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement. Award requires Government source approval, and approval of a new source normally cannot be completed without delaying award. Non-approved sources must submit the information detailed in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure with their proposal, and offers missing required data will not be considered.
