NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to award a sole-source repair to Lockheed Martin for one RDISPLAY UNIT,FLIGHT (P/N 343A564-1, NSN 7R6610016815999). No drawings or data are available, and the Government does not own the data rights, so non-approved manufacturers must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR); the repair will not be delayed pending SAR approval. The action will use FAR Part 15 procedures and is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Although this is not a request for competitive proposals, responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations, which will be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive repair.
