This Navy RFQ seeks repair, overhaul, and inspection of solid-state laser NSN 5860-01-456-5828 (P/N RLG0106-01) in accordance with applicable repair manuals, technical specifications, engineering orders, and drawings, with the contractor responsible for facilities, labor, materials, parts, and test/tooling unless Government Furnished Material is expressly provided. Repair is to be performed at the contractor’s facility identified in the SOW, with Raytheon Company in Indianapolis, IN 46219-9200 listed as the repair source/location. The contractor must maintain ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and calibration systems, configuration management, receiving inspection, and proper storage, and must obtain DCMA/PCO concurrence for beyond-economic-repair, missing-on-induction, over-and-above, cannibalization, or repair-source/manual changes. Induction expires 365 days after contract award unless a bilateral agreement authorizes later receipt; warranty is 365 days after unit delivery with defects to be reported within 45 days, and early/incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred.
