This Navy RFQ seeks repair, overhaul, upgrade, testing, and inspection of television camera units (NSN 5821-01-662-4381, OEM Photo-Sonics technical drawings) to Ready for Issue condition. The contractor must provide all facilities, labor, materials, parts, tooling, and test equipment unless Government-furnished, with performance at the identified source/location: Photo-Sonics Inc., 9131 Independent Ave, Chatsworth, CA 91311-5903. Contract performance requires an ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality system, calibration per ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or equivalent, configuration management, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging; MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited and must be replaced with SAE-AS22759 series wire. Induction expires 365 days after contract award, turnaround is measured from asset acceptance under the contract, and the contractor must propose monthly throughput after initial delivery. Early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred, and BER/MOI/OAR items require DCMA concurrence and PCO/Inventory Manager direction before repair proceeds.
