NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends a limited-source repair procurement for two hydraulic servovalves (P/N 65664-04920-101 or A38013-1), FOB origin. Approved sources are Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. and Ontic Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc., and award is expected to be made to one of these firms. The government does not own the data or rights needed to purchase from additional sources, so non-approved firms must submit a Source Approval Request, and the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. Other responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations, and interested organizations may email their capabilities to the listed contracting contact. This is not a total small business set-aside, and the solicitation will use electronic procedures via the Government-wide Point of Entry with no telephone requests or hard copies.
