NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole-source basis with Drake Air Inc for repair of six vanaxial aircraft fans (NSN 7R-1680-015817892-E7, P/N 60716-201), FOB origin. No drawings/data are available, and the Government does not own the rights needed to source the part from additional suppliers. Unapproved firms must submit a Source Approval Request, but the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. This is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside and will use FAR Part 15 rather than commercial-item procedures, with electronic solicitation via NECO and no telephone or hard-copy requests.
