The Navy seeks firm-fixed-price repair, overhaul, upgrade, testing, and inspection of PROCESSOR,SIGNAL DA (P/N 620100-01-30; NSN 1270-01-564-8181) to Ready for Issue condition in accordance with the SOW and OEM technical publications. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, parts, test equipment, and tooling unless Government-furnished property/material is expressly provided, and must maintain ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality, calibration, configuration management, storage, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging controls. Repair work is identified for Rockwell Collins-ESA Vision Sys., 4700 Marine Creek Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76179-0000. The SOW also covers Beyond Economical Repair, Missing on Induction, Over and Above Repair, SRA replacement, parts/material controls, source/facility changes, and DCMA/PCO notification and approval requirements.
