This is a Navy repair requirement for two circuit card assemblies (NSN 5998-01-432-2383/P/N 103E4032G3 and NSN 5998-01-432-2463/P/N 103E4034G1), restoring them to Ready for Issue condition through repair/overhaul, testing, inspection, and quality/configuration management compliant with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and specified calibration standards. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, parts, test equipment, and tooling, and perform repairs at the identified source location: BAE Systems Control Inc, 1098 Clark Street, Endicott, NY 13760-5333. Contractual delivery is measured by repair turnaround time from asset receipt to government acceptance, with the specific number of days and a monthly throughput constraint to be established per NSN. Assets received more than 365 days after contract award are not authorized for repair without bilateral agreement between the contractor and the NAVSUP WSS Contracting Officer. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD 2073 and markings with MIL-STD-130.
