This is a Navy requirement for repair/overhaul/upgrade of Cable Assembly, Rota (NSN 1680-01-661-7957; P/N 5217008-110) in accordance with the latest applicable repair publications, with work to be performed at the Raytheon facility at 2000 East El Segundo Boulevard, El Segundo, CA 90245-3507. The contractor must supply all parts, materials, tooling, test equipment, and facilities unless Government-furnished material is expressly identified, and must comply with MIL-STD-130 markings, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, and restrictions such as no MIL-W-81381 wire. A quality system meeting ISO 9001/SAE AS9100, calibration to ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or equivalent, inspection/test procedures, configuration management, and purchased-material controls are required. Performance is governed by a Repair Turnaround Time measured from physical receipt at the contractor facility to Government acceptance, with contractor-proposed RTAT and monthly throughput, reconciliation after final acceptance, and price consideration if RTAT is missed. The induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award; assets received after that date are not authorized for repair without bilateral agreement between the contractor and the NAVSUP WSS Contracting Officer.
