Notice ID:N0038327QAA17

This requirement is for repair of the items identified in the solicitation. Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is measured from physical receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor’s facility, as reflected in CAV, to Government acceptance, and the contractor must accurately report transactions by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt. The required RTAT is a fill-in number of days after receipt of asset, and the contractor must also provide a throughput constraint for each NSN, with monthly repair quantities after initial delivery. A reconciliation modification will be issued after final inspection and acceptance of all inducted assets, with unit prices based on meeting the negotiated RTAT and consideration assessed if RTAT is not met. The induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award; assets received after that date are not authorized for repair without bilateral agreement with the NAVSUP WSS Contracting Officer.
