CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB
The Navy requires repair, testing, inspection, and return to Ready-for-Issue condition of a printed circuit board assembly (P/N 112E9112G8; NSN 5998-01-512-3463), with the contractor responsible for facilities, labor, materials, parts, tooling, and compliance with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality, calibration, configuration management, marking, and packaging requirements. Repairs must be performed at the SOW-identified facility: BAE Systems Controls Inc., 1098 Clark St., Endicott, NY 13760-2815. Repair turnaround is measured from physical receipt of the asset at the contractor’s facility to Government acceptance, with the required RTAT and monthly throughput to be specified; induction expires 365 days after contract award, and later-received assets require bilateral agreement. The SOW includes special handling and pricing provisions for Beyond Economical Repair, Missing on Induction, Over and Above Repair, and SRA replacement, plus restrictions on cannibalization and MIL-W-81381 wire (SAE-AS22759 series required instead).
