The contractor must provide facilities, labor, materials, parts, and test/tooling equipment, with no Government-furnished manufacturing aids unless expressly stated. Repair work is identified at BAE Systems Controls Inc., 1098 Clark Street, Endicott, NY 13760-5333 (CAGE 89954), with inspection performed on contractor equipment. The induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award, and repaired supplies carry a warranty of 365 days after unit delivery or 60 days after a defect is found. Contractors must meet quality, calibration, configuration management, marking/packaging, and repair documentation requirements, including ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and applicable MIL-STD-130 and MIL-STD-2073 requirements.
