The contractor must furnish facilities, labor, materials, parts, test/tooling equipment, inspection and quality controls, configuration management, packaging/markings, and repair records, with a quality system meeting ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 or equivalent. Performance location is specified as BAE Systems, 1098 Clark Street, Endicott, NY 13760-5333. The induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award, and the warranty is 365 days after delivery of the unit, with defects to be reported within 60 days of discovery. Offerors must propose repair turnaround time and monthly throughput constraints, and early/incremental deliveries are accepted.
