The contractor must specify repair turnaround time after asset receipt and monthly throughput constraints, and the induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award. Contractors must supply facilities, labor, materials, parts, test tooling, quality management meeting ISO 9001/SAE AS9100, calibration, configuration management, and MIL-STD 2073 packaging, with MIL-W-81381 wire prohibited.
