This U.S. Navy requirement is for repair, upgrade, testing, and inspection of the CONTROL PROCESSOR (NSN 1680-01-673-4951, P/N 8424503-4) to Ready-for-Issue condition. Repairs/upgrades must be performed at the facility identified in the SOW, listed as BAE Systems Information & Electronic Systems Integration, 450 Pulaski Road, Greenlawn, NY 11740-1606. Required repair turnaround time is 180 days after receipt of asset, and induction expires 365 days after contract award. The contractor must maintain ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality, calibration, configuration management, receiving inspection, nonconforming material, and historical record controls, with parts/material contractor-furnished unless GFM and new material required absent PCO approval. Special provisions address beyond economical repair, missing-on-induction, over-and-above repair, DCMA/PCO concurrence, and packaging/marking per MIL-STD-2073 and MIL-STD-130.
