Required repair turnaround time is 180 days after receipt of the asset, and asset induction expires 365 days after contract award; the contractor must also provide a monthly throughput constraint. The specified repair source/performance location is BAE Systems Information & Electronic Systems Integration, 450 Pulaski Road, Greenlawn, NY 11740-1606. The contractor must maintain ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality, calibration, configuration management, receiving inspection, nonconforming material, and historical record systems, and must supply all parts/material unless Government-furnished material is identified. Repairs must follow approved drawings/manuals, with PCO approval for changes; BER, MOI, and OAR determinations require DCMA verification and PCO disposition, and MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited.
