8(a) Sole Source (FAR 19.8)

The U.S. Navy intends to establish a sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement with Eaton for specific material, as they are an already approved supplier. While other firms may submit a request to become an approved supplier, this procurement will not be delayed for that process. Interested parties can submit their qualifications and capabilities via email to the specified point of contact.
