The government intends to add NSN 4810 017423274, Part Number 2770073-115, Fluid Pressure Regulating Valve (SBAR), to a five-year strategic sustainment solution Basic Ordering Agreement with Parker Hannifin Corp (Cage 59211) on a sole-source basis under FAR 6.302-1 because the government lacks the data needed for overhaul and upgrade. The addition supports future overhaul and upgrades of the current -114 SBAR configuration under a logistics engineering change proposal. The planned quantity is 836 upgrades, scheduled between FY’27 and FY’29.
