This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract for the repair of multiple items for specific DTS, TAMMAC, FCNS-16, and FCNS-24 programs. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source but is allowing other capable sources to identify their interest and submit capability statements. Responses will be considered to determine if a competitive procurement should be conducted instead.
