NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to negotiate a sole-source repair contract for two aircraft wing assemblies (10 each) under FAR 6.302-1. The items require Government source approval and are flight-critical, with only currently approved sources solicited. Any alternate source must submit the required qualification data via the NAVSUP Source Approval Information Brochure to be considered. Delivery is FOB origin, and the acquisition may be subject to trade agreements. All responsible sources may express interest, but competition is not guaranteed.
