The effort is for repair, overhaul, upgrade, testing, inspection, and return to Ready for Issue condition of Navy aircraft components, including an Emergency Box Aircrew (NSN 1680-01-581-7857, P/N 35252000-02) and Intercommunication items (P/N 35251000-02), per specified drawings, manuals, and MIL/ISO requirements. Work must be performed at the facility identified in the SOW, which lists MATHTECH INC. in Falls Church, VA (CAGE 6R039), and the contractor must provide all facilities, labor, materials, parts, tooling, and test equipment unless Government Furnished Material/Property is expressly provided. The required Repair Turnaround Time is 110 days after receipt of the asset, and the induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award, after which assets are not authorized for repair without a bilateral agreement. The contractor must propose a monthly throughput constraint, and a reconciliation modification will be issued after final inspection/acceptance of all inducted assets, with consideration assessed if RTAT is not met. The contractor must maintain an approved quality system (e.g., ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 or equivalent), configuration management, calibration, receiving inspection, and nonconforming material controls, and must comply with BER/OAR/MOI provisions; early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred.
