This requirement is for 20 each of a flight-critical NSN part requiring Government source approval, with delivery FOB origin. Only sources previously approved by the Government have been solicited; the part cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. Unapproved offerors must submit all required Source Approval Brochure data with their proposal or document prior submission, or the offer will not be considered. Award will be made only if the offeror, product, and manufacturer meet qualification requirements at time of award. The Government is not using FAR Part 12 commercial item acquisition policies for this procurement.
