This is a procurement for 25 units to be delivered FOB Origin. The Government will only make an award if the offeror, product, or manufacturer meets specified qualification requirements at the time of award. The policies for acquiring commercial items are not being used for this solicitation, but interested parties may identify their capability to meet the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
