NAVSUP WSS seeks repair/overhaul quotes, either firm-fixed price or estimated repair costs, for NRP, BOTTLE MONEX FI items to Ready for Issue condition under Kidde Technologies Inc. drawings 474618-1-04 and 474617-1-06, latest revisions. The contractor must furnish all facilities, labor, materials, parts, tooling, and test equipment, and perform the work at the specified repair source/location: Kidde Technologies Inc., 4200 Airport Dr NW, Wilson, NC 27896-8630. The requirement includes inspection, component repair/replacement, reassembly, testing, and handling of conditions such as Beyond Economical Repair, Missing on Induction, and Over and Above Repair with DCMA/PCO verification. Compliance is required with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality, calibration, configuration management, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. Delivered items have a one-year warranty after delivery, with defects reportable within 45 days of discovery.

The Government requires 29 each of NSN 7R-1680-016098989-P8, a flight-critical item, delivered FOB origin, with Government source approval required prior to contract award. Only previously approved sources have been solicited, and the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1.
