The Government requires 29 each of NSN 7R-1680-016098989-P8, a flight-critical item, delivered FOB origin, with Government source approval required prior to contract award. Only previously approved sources have been solicited, and the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1. Non-approved sources must submit the source approval information specified in the applicable NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure with their proposal. Offers lacking required source approval data or prior submission documentation will not be considered for award. Award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets the qualification requirements at time of award, and certain Free Trade Agreements/WTO GPA terms may apply if cited in the solicitation.
