This is a commercial, off-the-shelf item for which the government requires source approval prior to award due to its flight-critical nature; only previously approved sources have been solicited. If you are not an approved source, you must submit detailed source approval information as specified in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure, or your offer will not be considered. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, but all responsible sources may express interest and capability. Award will only be made if the offeror, product, or manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award. Interested parties may obtain additional information regarding qualification requirements from the solicitation.
