16--MAINFRAME, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
This opportunity is for the repair, overhaul, and testing of a mainframe (NSN 1680 016618913, P/N 7287902G1) to return it to a Ready for Issue condition in accordance with applicable technical publications and MIL-STD-130 marking. The work must be performed at Lockheed Martin Corp Div MST, 497 Electronics Pkwy Bldg 5, Liverpool, NY 13088-6062. The contractor must maintain a quality system compliant with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100, a calibration system per ANSI/NCSL Z540.3, and supply all necessary parts, materials, tooling, and test equipment unless otherwise provided by the Government. Special provisions address Beyond Economic Repair (cost exceeding 75% of replacement price), Missing on Induction, and Over and Above Repair, all requiring DCMA and/or PCO coordination. Extensive quality control, configuration management, and inspection requirements apply, with the Government reserving the right to test randomly selected repaired items.
