16--AUX RACK MAINFRAME, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
This opportunity is for the repair and overhaul of the Aux Rack Mainframe (NSN 1680-01-561-2309) to a Ready for Issue condition, with work performed at Lockheed Martin, 497 Electronics Pkwy Bldg 5, Liverpool, NY 13088-6062. The contractor must supply all parts, materials, tooling, and test equipment, and perform repairs in accordance with the latest applicable technical publications and MIL-STD-130 marking requirements. A quality management system conforming to ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 is required, along with calibration system compliance and configuration management procedures. Repairs are subject to special provisions for Beyond Economical Repair, Missing on Induction, and Over and Above efforts, each requiring government coordination and approval. The contractor must maintain detailed quality, inspection, and historical record documentation for government review, with all terms and conditions of the existing Basic Ordering Agreement applying.
