The Government requires 50 EA of NSN 1R-5995-016915731-V2 (TDP VER 001), delivered FOB origin. This flight-critical item must be acquired or repaired only by Government-approved sources under a source-control/selected-item drawing, and adequate technical data or data rights are not available for open competition or second-source qualification. Only previously approved sources have been solicited, and a new source must submit the required NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure information with its proposal; offers lacking that data will not be considered, and award may proceed based on Fleet support needs if approval cannot be processed in time. Award requires qualification at time of award under FAR 52.209-1, and the Government is not using FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures. The acquisition may be subject to Free Trade Agreements if the relevant DFARS clauses are included.
