The Government intends to solicit on a sole source basis with Teledyne FLIR Defense, Inc. (6TCQ5) for eight repairs of H-1 aircraft components, including universal hand controls, turret FLIR units, central electronics, and forward-looking infrared items. Teledyne FLIR is the OEM and only known source; no drawings/data are available, and the Government lacks data rights, so non-approved firms must submit a Source Approval Request, though the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. The contract duration is 60 months, anticipated award is May 2027, and UID requirements, Buy American clauses, and FAR Part 12 procedures will apply. Delivery is FOB NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia, and the acquisition is not for Foreign Military Sales and is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
