This is a U.S. Navy repair requirement for NSN 7021-06249378 / P/N 6B03374-0001, with authorized repair incorporating NAVAIR ECP H1-CP186-24 to output NSN 7021-016653345 / P/N 6B03374-0002. The contractor will perform repair, testing, inspection, and related work at its own facility, providing labor, new or reworked parts, materials, test equipment, and outside services as needed, with a 100% repair rate on CLIN carcasses. Required repair turnaround time is 140 days after physical receipt of the asset, and the induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award; the contractor must also provide a monthly throughput constraint. Units that are beyond economical repair or missing parts require DCMC QAR confirmation and PCO authorization/scrap or Missing on Induction processing, and Government drawings and NAVAIR manuals will not be provided. The contract includes a 12-month warranty, with defects reported within 60 days after discovery, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements.
