16--MONITOR SYSTEM,AIR, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
This opportunity is for the repair and overhaul of the Air Monitor System (NSN 1680 017183019, P/N 123AV92020-7) to a ready-for-issue condition in accordance with the latest applicable technical publications. The contractor must perform all repair work at the specified facility: Northrop Grumman Systems Corp d/b/a Integrated Systems, 2000 W NASA Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32904-2322 (CAGE 70974). The contractor is responsible for providing all facilities, labor, materials, parts, and tooling, with no government-furnished equipment, and must comply with MIL-STD-130 marking and rigorous quality management, calibration, and configuration management requirements. Special repair provisions govern Beyond Economical Repair (BER), Missing on Induction (MOI), and Over and Above Repair (OAR), each requiring DCMA and/or PCO coordination and approval. Early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred, and the contract includes standard government clauses covering warranty, Buy American/Free Trade Agreements, and transportation of supplies by sea.
