This is a Navy supply procurement that requires Government source approval prior to award. Offerors who are not already approved sources must submit all required source approval data with their proposal, as described in the NAVSUP WSS brochure, or their offer will not be considered. Proposals must be submitted via email to the specified Navy contact. If source approval cannot be processed in time to meet Government needs, the award may continue based on fleet support requirements.
