58--RECEIVER-TRANSMITTE, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
This contract is for the repair and overhaul of Receiver-Transmitter items (NSN 5821-017027931, P/N P600A524-01) to a Ready for Issue condition. Performance is required at the specified repair source location: 150 Parrish Drive, Wayne, NJ 07470, with the contractor responsible for all facilities, labor, materials, and test equipment. The required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is 60 days after receipt of asset, with an induction expiration date of 365 days after award; early and incremental deliveries are accepted. The contractor must maintain a quality system conforming to ISO 9001/SAE AS9100, and adhere to configuration management, calibration, and packaging requirements. Special provisions cover Beyond Economical Repair (BER), Missing on Induction (MOI), and Over and Above (OAR) repairs requiring DCMA/PCO approval.
