This is a sole-source NAVSUP WSS requirement to repair, overhaul, upgrade, test, and inspect an aircraft generator (P/N 3261151-0101, NSN 1680-01-523-8289) to Ready for Issue condition. The identified repair source and performance location is Carleton Life Support Systems, 2734 Hickory Grove Rd, Davenport, IA 52804-1203, and all repairs/upgrades must be performed at the facility identified in the SOW. The Government lacks sufficient data to contract with another source, so award requires an already approved source or completion of the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure process with all required data submitted with the proposal. The contractor is responsible for providing the facility, labor, materials, parts, test and tooling equipment, and for maintaining an ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality system, calibration controls, and configuration management. BER, MOI, and OAR determinations require DCMA/PCO involvement and are generally not included in the contract price unless authorized.
