This is a sole-source procurement for 14 units of NSN 7R-4920-015514349-QE (PN D0011571-1001), with delivery FOB origin. The item is flight critical and requires Government source approval; only previously approved sources have been solicited, and award cannot be delayed for new source qualification. Offerors not already approved must submit a Source Approval Request with required technical data per the NAVSUP WSS brochure, or evidence of a prior submission. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, but all responsible sources may submit capability statements for consideration.
