This is a government repair requirement for an electronic component (NSN 5998-01-657-4376, P/N 8519600-950) to be restored to Ready for Issue condition in accordance with current technical publications. The contractor must perform inspection, component repair/replacement, reassembly, testing, supply all parts/materials unless Government-furnished, and maintain an approved quality system (e.g., ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 or equivalent), calibration, configuration management, and records. The required repair turnaround time is 60 days after physical receipt of the asset, with a monthly throughput constraint to be filled in by the contractor, and induction expires 365 days after contract award; later assets require bilateral agreement. Repairs are to be performed at the identified repair source/location: Honeywell International Inc., Phoenix, AZ, with PCO approval required for changes to manuals, drawings, sources, or facilities; BER, OAR, and MOI conditions require DCMA/PCO concurrence and may be outside the contract price. The Government may sample accepted repaired items for repair assessment testing, and a 12-month warranty applies.
