The contractor must provide facilities, labor, materials, parts, test/tooling equipment, quality system (ISO 9001/SAE AS9100), calibration, configuration management, storage, and MIL-STD 2073 packaging, with repairs/upgrades performed at the specified source/location: Mercury Mission Systems LLC, Torrance, CA. Required repair turnaround time is 119 days after receipt of asset, and the contractor must provide a throughput constraint per NSN/month after initial delivery. The effort includes special Beyond Economical Repair, Missing on Induction, and Over and Above Repair provisions requiring DCMA/PCO concurrence and authorization before proceeding, with certain items excluded from contract price. Government-furnished equipment is not provided unless expressly stated, cannibalization requires specific approval, and MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited in favor of SAE-AS22759 wire.

This acquisition/repair requirement for NSN 7R-5999-016517373-CC covers 108 each with delivery FOB origin and is restricted to Government-approved sources because the item is flight critical and involves unclassified but militarily sensitive technology. Only previously approved sources have been solicited, and any new source must submit the required NAVSUP WSS Source Approval information with its proposal or its offer will not be considered.
