This is a proposed non-competitive, single-source contract action for 40 units of a supply item, with delivery FOB Origin. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source but will consider capability statements from other responsible sources received within 45 days. Interested parties may also identify their capability to provide a commercial alternative within 15 days of the notice.
