This presolicitation covers the repair of three F-18 aircraft weapon system components over a five-year period estimated from 2027 through 2032, as a combined Navy and Foreign Military Sales requirement. The contract will be a Requirements Basic Ordering Agreement with DRS Training & Control Systems, LLC, currently the only known source with complete repair capabilities and data rights. However, responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations for consideration. Offerors must be government-approved sources for these repairs; those not approved must submit the technical data described in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure, and offers lacking required data will not be considered. Award may proceed based on fleet support needs if source approval cannot be processed in time.
