This is a pre-solicitation notice for the repair of 13 Data Transfer Units for Foreign Military Sales to Kuwait. The work is currently designated as sole source to the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Mercury Mission Systems LLC, because they possess the essential repair data and design control. However, the government will consider capability statements from all responsible sources, though any new source must obtain Government source approval prior to award, a process that typically takes too long to delay a contract.
