Performance is tied to Honeywell Intl Inc. at 2525 W 190th Street, Torrance, CA 90504-6002, and the contractor must perform repairs/upgrades at the facility identified in the SOW. The required repair turnaround time is 221 days after receipt of asset, with an induction expiration date of 365 days after contract award date and a throughput constraint to be provided per NSN. The contractor must supply all facilities, labor, materials, parts, test and tooling equipment unless expressly Government-furnished, and maintain an ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality system and compliant calibration system. A 12-month warranty applies with a 60-day defect discovery reporting period, and BER, MOI, OAR, and configuration/repair-source changes require DCMA/PCO verification or approval.

This is a sole-source supply action for 20 units of NSN 7R-1680-015854988-P8, with delivery on an FOB origin basis. The part requires engineering source approval because the approved source retains essential data rights, technical data, and manufacturing knowledge not economically available to the Government. Alternate sources must qualify in accordance with the design control activity’s procedures and obtain approval from the cognizant Government engineering activity. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, but all responsible sources may express interest and submit capability statements for consideration.
